As a Healthcare Customer Service Associate, you'll assist members with benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims, and other healthcare-related inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.

✅ High School Diploma or GED Required
✅ 1 Year Call Center Experience Required
✅ Medicare Benefits Experience Preferred
✅ Healthcare, Insurance, or Pharmacy Experience Preferred
🕒 Hours of Operation:
Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
(Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift within operating hours)
