This thing may not be the prettiest… it doesn’t talk, sing, dance, connect to WiFi, send notifications to your phone, or play a 2-minute victory song when your clothes are done…

But you know what it DOES do? WASH CLOTHES. 😂

Ask just about any appliance guy and they’ll tell you the same thing…you’re crazy for getting rid of one of these old machines if it’s still repairable. Simple, dependable, parts are still available, and they were built to actually be FIXED instead of replaced.

This one just needed a new drain pump. Quick replacement and this old girl is back doing what she’s been doing for years. 💪

They definitely don’t make em like this anymore!

Ugly? Maybe. Outdated? Absolutely. Still washing clothes while newer machines are throwing error codes because Mercury is in retrograde? YOU BET. 😂

Double Trouble!

Customer had an oven that wasn’t baking AND a cooktop giving them problems. Found a bad bake element in the oven and was able to get that knocked out today..so at least they ain’t gonna starve 😂🍕

Cooktop needs a part ordered, so I’ll be back out later this week for Round 2 🥊

One down, one to go. We’ll have the whole kitchen back in business soon before the weekend!

Customer said the washer sounded like a DJ was in there mixing a set in spin cycle 🎧😂 Turns out the washer wasn’t dropping beats… it was stripping teeth. 😭 New Hub assembly and we got this thing outta the club and back to washing clothes. 🔧🧺

Another dryer fixed up! 🔧🔥

Customer said it was working perfectly the night before, then the next day..nothing. Got out there and found a failed control board.

Ordered the new board, got back out there first thing this morning, installed it, programmed it, and she’s back up and running. 💪🏼

Another one fixed today! 🔧💪

Customer called with a washer constantly going out of balance. Replaced the suspension rods and recalibrated the control board. During the test cycle, I noticed the shift actuator was noisy and getting hung up, so we took care of that too.

New suspension rods ✅
New shift actuator ✅
Recalibrated & tested ✅
Customer back up and running!

Sometimes the first problem isn’t the only problem. that’s why we don’t just throw parts at it. Diagnose it, fix it right, and keep it moving. 💪

This Whirlpool refrigerator was having an intermittent water leak and ice buildup in the freezer caused by an issue with the drain system.

🧊 Removed all the ice buildup
🔧 Disassembled the unit to access the drain
💨 Steamed and cleared the drain system
✅ Reassembled, tested & back up and running

While I was there, we also knocked out a repair on the customer’s Frigidaire upright freezer…but the cameraman clocked out early, so you’ll just have to take my word for that one 😂🤦‍♂️

Another dryer brought back to life 🔧🔥

This one got the full treatment…new rollers, idler pulley & belt, plus all that built-up lint cleaned out of the cabinet and blower housing.

No need to replace the whole dryer when the right repair can keep it going. 💪
