Shield Defense Agency is looking to add a few more qualified people to help us finish out the Lake of the Ozarks season strong.

We are currently looking for armed security contractors, especially individuals with prior law enforcement, military, or licensed security experience. We may have opportunities available as early as this weekend, with additional staffing needed for Labor Day Weekend, Bikefest, and other events throughout the remainder of the season.

Pay is $17-$20/hour depending on experience, qualifications, licensing, and assignment. These are 1099 contractor positions.

We’ve been a little quiet lately… but I promise, we haven’t been sitting around.

Every now and then, someone reminds you what leadership really looks like.

This weekend, Austin, our Regional Operations Manager, has worked multiple shifts at Shady Gators on very little sleep, and last night he didn’t hesitate to head to to St. Louis to make sure our other clients are taken care of. He could have easily said he was exhausted, and honestly, no one would have blamed him if he didn’t want to, but that’s just not who he is.

Austin has a servant’s heart. He leads by jumping in wherever he’s needed, never asking anyone to do something he isn’t willing to do himself. That’s the kind of lead every team hopes to have.

As the leadership team at Shield Defense Agency, we want you to know how much we appreciate you. Your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed, and neither do the sacrifices you make behind the scenes.
