A quick update:

The ability to export some reports to Excel and Word file formats is unavailable. We are working on exported file formatting and layout to make the exported files easier to use. You can still download these reports as a PDF file in the meantime.

We will be performing maintenance on May 20, 2024 between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM. During this time the web portal may not be available. Once the maintenance is complete, we will share a update.

We are closely watching the winter weather storm that is forecast for December 22nd. Please make sure you call our office to confirm that we are open before coming in for any testing services.

If our office closes due to weather, we will share that to our social media accounts.

As part of our effort to improve the web portal, we have been working on new features to add to the web portal. Some of the features we are working on include:

✔ Electronic Test Ordering: Using this will allow some of our users to completely eliminate the need for paper chain of custody forms. You will be able to order testing through the portal instead.

✔ Test Tracking: This will allow you to track the status of tests that you order electronically. You will be able to see when the donor arrived for testing, when the test was completed, when the sample arrived at the laboratory and when the testing is complete.

✔ Electronic Results: For some users, this will give you the ability to view, print, search, and download test results from the web portal!

✔ Clinic Search: Some users will be able to use this feature to search for clinics and services through the country that are within our standard network and in some cases our extended network.

✔ User Management: This will allow accounts to have an administrator of their own. Administrators will be able to add new users to their accounts and set permissions for those users.

Due to the current COVID-19 concerns, the clinic portion of Asure Test will be closed starting Monday, March 23, 2020 and will remain closed until further notice. We we not be performing collections of any kind at our office during this time. We will be able to assist donors in locating alternate collection sites if needed.

Our office will still be open to accept phone calls and assist corporate clients however.

Because the FMCSA is making changes to some of the rules associated with the Clearinghouse, we are going to be working to update the web portal to accommodate those changes. The changes that are currently planned will be available on the web portal's news page when you login.

Please make sure you visit the portal and review the information when it becomes available.

We removed the Pending Tests report from the report center. This report was causing confusion with some users who were looking for their random selections. The Pending Tests report used to provide users with an overview of random selections that were made for the year but which we had no supporting documentation for. Some users were using the report as their selection list, which was not its purpose.

We are looking into options that will still provide users with access to the same information that the Pending Tests report provided, but in a less confusing way. Until we make a solution available, you can obtain a copy of the Pending Tests report by contacting your random program coordinator and making the request. Make sure you include what year and what accounts you need the report for.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this change may cause our users.
