Today we celebrate 4 years of CP Davis Consulting.

What started as a grantwriting and capacity-building firm has evolved into something so much greater.

Over the past four years, CP Davis Consulting has grown from:
✔️ Grant proposals and funding strategy

✔️ Frameworks that strengthen structure
✔️ Leadership development that builds confidence
✔️ Governance tools that increase board effectiveness
✔️ Coaching labs that cultivate capacity

This evolution didn’t happen overnight.

I’m incredibly grateful to share that my 2nd Grantwriting Bootcamp has been successfully completed—and my heart is full. 💛

Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in me, trust my expertise, and allow me the privilege of sharing what I know to help strengthen missions and build sustainable impact. Every workshop reminds me that this work is bigger than grants—it’s about equipping leaders, organizations, and communities to move from vision to funding with confidence.

To each participant who showed up ready to learn, ask questions, and do the work—thank you for your commitment to making your mission possible. And to those who continue to support, encourage, and champion this journey—your belief fuels this purpose-driven work more than you know.

As I think over 2025 and what CP Davis Consulting accomplished, this is what I’m most proud of…

I built dreams into systems with flair-Grant Bootcamps and missions laid bare.
From Roadmaps to Boards, my vision soared toward strong nonprofits that thrive 'cause I care.

These are the 3 themes I pursued…

Building Mission Possible Systems

I refined my Mission Possible ecosystem-toolkits, workshops, and playbooks-into scalable, branded systems for grants, boards, and leadership development.

From Concepts to Full Launches

I turned ideas like the Grantwriting Bootcamp and Board Governance Toolkit into real products, complete with pricing, materials, and marketing campaigns.

Expanding Brand Reach and Visibility

I elevated CP Davis Consulting through Mailchimp funnels, newsletters, and social campaigns, transforming consistent content into strong engagement.

I pray that in 2026 I will add to my Mission Possible ecosystem with more Toolkits, workshops and accelerators.
