Job Description:
BDE will be responsible for developing contracted clients for our Emergency Security Guard Services. Must self-generate leads for our services with domestic and foreign companies, governments, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO). Expand the customer reference list and get referrals for repeat business.
At least 3 years in outside sales experience preferably in the security guard or private military contracting industry. Experience in outside sales and/or inside sales. Good phone skills and face-to-face communications.
Summary:
The BDE is responsible for self-generating leads by prospecting using the following techniques. door to door sales, telemarketing, email marketing, professional networking, and through relationships with current clients. You will gather relative information for preparing proposals for potential clients, execute contracts, and provide outstanding customer service and retention services to all clients to ensure client retention.

• 10 percent commission on Engagement Fee paid by client at beginning of contract.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years business to business sales experience
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Proficient use of a computer and understanding of the suite of Microsoft office products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Security and/or security technology sales experience is a plus
• Previous Security guard and government contract sales experience is PREFERRED.
• Service based sales experience in a setting similar to the business model where security guard, security patrol or similar services are sold B2B.
• Sales & Marketing Online, cold calling experience, networking experience.
• Self-generation of leads with a heavy focus on in field generation by cold visits of prospective client properties.
• Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check.
Education: High school required; college preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and meet with your prospects and sell IronMike Solutions Emergency Security Services:
Identify and qualify prospective clients by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, cold calling, and attending trade shows and conferences.
Contact new and existing clients to discuss their security needs, and explain how these needs can be met by IronMike Solutions.

• Prospect, Identify and Qualify potential clients.
• Communicate with Subject Matter Expert to introduce potential client and explain the services provided by IronMike Solutions.
• Gather relative information from client for proposal or contract writers.
• Present proposal or contract to clients and facilitate a closing of the contract with client.
• Request assistance from Subject Matter Expert as necessary to achieve success.
• Assist in facilitating Task Orders from contracted clients.
• Assists Clients and IronMike Solutions by monitoring events of civil disturbance, natural disaster that could impact our client and reporting information to management for review and recommendations.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops, conference calls and team building exercises.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build existing and new client relationships through aggressive marketing techniques
• Generate prospective clients through in person visits, cold calling, email campaigns and marketing events
• Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and local research
• Follow up on all leads, prioritize sales funnel, create follow up process
• Document all client activities and contacts
