A beautiful space catches the eye, while an unforgettable one sets itself apart. ✨

In the world of short term rentals, thoughtful design is more than an aesthetic choice - it’s a strategic investment.

From distinctive interiors to curated guest experiences, Gould Holdings partners with property owners to transform ordinary rentals into extraordinary destinations. 📍

A well designed property doesn’t just look beautiful ~ it creates an experience worth booking, remembering, and returning to.

Elevate your property and maximize its potential! 💌 Inquire about our short term rental design and consulting services. 🖤

An appreciation for beautiful spaces, thoughtful details, and the moments that happen within them. 🪞✨

We believe intentional design is the foundation of elevated living. Creating spaces that feel as beautiful as they look, where timeless interiors and everyday experiences come together effortlessly.

Proof that the kitchen can be the main character. ✨

High contrast, oversized lighting, rich gold finishes and unexpected art turn an everyday space into something that feels anything but ordinary.

We don’t believe the most used rooms in your home should play it safe. We design them to have a point of view, and give you a reason to look twice. 🖤

10/06/2026

A Gould Holdings property should feel like more than a place to stay. It should feel like a destination all its own. ✨

A space with a story, an experience you remember, interiors that feel collected rather than decorated ~ with layers of character, thoughtful details, and a point of view that is distinctly its own.

Stay in our spaces, celebrate in them, or let us bring the Gould Holdings experience to a property of your own. 🤍 Hospitality • Short-Term Rentals • Design . .

Intentional design is in the details.

The warmth of the wood, the glow of the lighting, the symmetry, textures, finishes, and pieces chosen to feel as though they’ve always belonged. Nothing is accidental, every element works together to create an atmosphere you can feel the moment you walk in.

That’s the Gould Holdings approach: spaces designed with purpose, character, and a sense of timelessness. 🥃✨

A vision taking shape at The Estate Washington. 🤍

The Conservatory was imagined as more than a ballroom ~ it’s a statement. From the grand arched windows and dramatic chandeliers to the black and white floors and European inspired architecture, every detail is being considered with the experience in mind.

Designed to welcome up to 250 guests, this next chapter of The Estate will create an unforgettable setting for celebrations meant to leave a lasting impression.

This is what we do ✨ We build spaces that feel timeless from the very beginning.

Moody walls, exposed brick, industrial details 🖤

The best spaces have a little personality. We’re not interested in making every room look like everyone else’s. We design around the people who actually live, work, and gather there.

Elevating everyday life, one unexpected detail at a time.
