These are some of the spaces that helped shape Gould Holdings - properties we envisioned, designed, transformed, and poured pieces of ourselves into along the way. đź–¤

They’re where ideas became tangible. Where we learned to trust bold choices, honor the character of a space, and understand that great design is about far more than how something looks. It’s about how a space makes you feel, and the life that unfolds within it.

Some of these properties started it all. Some changed the direction of our work. And some went on to become meaningful places in the lives of others.

We’ve approached the exterior with the same intention as every interior space ~ creating an arrival that feels grand, timeless, and completely connected to what awaits inside.

From the architecture and landscaping to the fountain, grounds, and sweeping views, every element plays a role in the experience of the property.

Every detail tells a piece of the story

The Estate Washington has been a project rooted in more than building something beautiful ~ it has been about creating a place with depth, character, and a sense of permanence.

From the architecture to the collected furnishings, layered textures, lighting, art, and smallest finishing touches, every decision was made with intention. The goal was never for The Estate to simply feel new, but to feel as though it has always belonged here. 🤍

For Gould Holdings, this project represents what we love most about what we do: taking a vision, obsessing over the details, and creating something meant to be experienced for generations. ✨

A room should have a point of view.

Not everything needs to match, not everything needs to be new, and not every corner needs to compete for attention.

Sometimes it’s the contrast that makes it - the antique inspired piece against a dark wall, warm light hitting rich wood, a little history mixed with something unexpected.

Design with a little tension is always more interesting. đź–¤

This home belongs to my best friend, but my history with it goes back decades. I have countless childhood memories here, which makes getting to be part of its next chapter that much more meaningful.

Situated on five acres in Wildwood, Missouri, The Deerfield Project is about more than transforming a home. It’s about honoring what already exists while thoughtfully bringing it into the next phase of its life.

The Conservatory at The Estate Washington has been a study in scale, proportion, materials, light, and timeless design.

From soaring ceilings and statement crystal lighting to black and white marble floors, towering windows, mirrored details, and a showstopping Viola marble bar . . . every element has been intentionally selected to create a space that feels grand without ever losing its warmth. đź–¤

For Gould Holdings, the design process is about more than building something beautiful. It’s about creating a space that feels distinctive, enduring, and unforgettable from the moment you walk through the doors.

Watching The Conservatory move from inspiration → design → construction has been one of our favorite projects yet. And the best part? We’re getting closer to completion. ✨
