If decluttering feels exhausting, there is nothing wrong with you.
You’re not unmotivated. You’re not messy. And you’re not failing.
You’re doing work that requires energy, emotion, and a lot of decision-making-often on your own. That’s why it feels heavy.
And that’s why going slower, taking breaks, or asking for support isn’t giving up-it’s being realistic.
You don’t need to do everything today. You just need permission to start where you are.
Progress still counts. Even the quiet, imperfect kind. 💛
