Last week, I had the honor of co-facilitating “Strengthening the Pipeline 2” with the brilliant , MS, MBA, as part of the The Executive Leadership Council () Leadership Development Week.

This wasn’t your typical leadership session.
It was a powerful, unapologetic conversation about identity — and what it truly takes to succeed in life while advancing your career.

Too often, rising leaders are told to choose:
Be excellent, or be whole.
Fit in, or lead authentically.
Succeed at work, or show up fully in life.

We challenged that lie head-on.

Together, we guided a room of dynamic, high-potential executives through the unspoken truth:
