We are a Staffing Company & we have a Branded Automotive Dealership looking for individuals in the O'Fallon, IL area that will meet their needs. We are here to help our Client hire the proper individuals by pre-screening them and if hired, train them properly (paid) before expecting them to produce outstanding results consistently.
If hired, you will be guaranteed $2,500 per month salary for 60 days. We will work hard to train you properly on all aspects of your responsibilities. If we feel you are trained properly then our Client will pay you based on Draw or Commission (whichever is higher).
Prior Sales experience is always a plus although you are NOT required to have prior Sales experience. We urge individuals from non-sales backgrounds to apply!We are seeking individuals that have an outgoing and confident personality and have the will power to learn something new and exciting. If you feel that you have the passion for sales but want to receive hands-on training when you get hired, then we highly recommend you apply for this position. Sales is not just about selling things, it's about building relationships with individuals & organizations and building a solid network & foundation. Job Responsibilities
Understand and implement proper Sales Process
Own every aspect of the sales process
Review daily inventory reports
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with Sales Leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index
Remain up-to-date on product, market trends and certification
Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
