HRMC is seeking candidates for an Office Manager/Controller position. The successful candidate will provide direction and management of several HRMC operational functions, including accounting, HR administration, business transactions, sales/customer support, etc. Here's a brief overview of required qualifications:
► Five or more years of experience as a Leader of Business Operations or Office Manager
► Comprehensive experience in accounting; ability to prepare, maintain & analyze financial reports
► Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management. MBA is a plus.
► Proficiency with technology and apps (MS Office - particularly Excel, accounting software), and database systems
► Resourceful, results-oriented, team player with a customer service orientation
► Attention to detail; strong organizational and analytical skills are essential
