More than $150K in annual savings came from solving one recurring fastening issue.

On a Jeep Cherokee wheel liner assembly, screw-and-nut binding was causing fascia tabs to break, leading to costly replacements, extensive rework, added labor, and ongoing production monitoring.

EFC International’s engineering team developed a customized fastening solution that eliminated the binding issue and the related fascia damage, rework, and replacements.

The result: a more efficient assembly process with significantly reduced rework and replacement costs.
