HeadSpace is a support group for black men to gather in support of each other to address interpersonal challenges. It is through the community of shared experience, accountability and challenging one another we learn how to navigate life’s rich pageant in a healthier and more meaningful way.

The mission of HeadSpace is to support black men as they work toward goals of personal growth, mental health and overall wellbeing. Which in turn will lead to greater life satisfaction, improved health and relationships, success, and happiness.

HeadSpace Men’s group is hosted by Jesus’ Kimbrow and James Sutton. Both men are passionate about promoting mental health and wellness in the black community and providing a safe space for them to become the best version of themselves.
