Flexo Finders is recruiting for a Wide Web Flexo Lead with an established and growing flexible packaging manufacturer.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced wide web flexo operator ready to take the next step. You don't need years of formal leadership experience--they're looking for someone technically strong on press who enjoys training others and wants to remain hands-on.

What You'll Do

*Serve as a technical resource for the 2nd shift flexo team

*Train and develop Press Assistants into Press Operators

*Support press setup, operation and troubleshooting

*Step in and run equipment when needed

*Troubleshoot print quality, color, ink and process issues

This is a technical leadership role focused on training and production; the Supervisor handles employee relations and disciplinary matters.

What We're Looking For

+2+ years of wide web flexo experience preferred

*Strong setup, operation and troubleshooting skills

*Experience with solvent-based inks

*Flexible packaging/film experience preferred

*W&H experience is a plus

*Hands-on, team-oriented approach with the ability to train others

Schedule & Compensation

*B Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6 PM–6 AM (shift begins Monday evening)

*Pay: $30–$35+/hr + $2/hr shift differential

What You’ll Do
Operate die-cutting and other finishing equipment
Set up and adjust equipment according to job specifications
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy and consistency
Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues

Follow all safety, quality and operating procedures

This is not a desk-only supervisor role. They want someone comfortable being on the floor, helping with setups and troubleshooting, creating training documentation, verifying operator skills, and coaching employees.
