HAPPENING TOMORROW.

You're stretched across operations, strategy, and growth simultaneously.

You carry a vision nobody around you fully comprehends.

Your peer group stopped being useful three growth stages ago.

And every strategic decision still falls on your shoulders because there's nobody else who can think at this altitude.

This is isolation at altitude. And it's costing you more than time.

Feb 26, Colman shows you how to reclaim leadership instead of drowning in operational demand. How to build strategic capacity without giving up control.

Every strategic decision lands on your desk.

Your team executes well. They just don't think strategically.

You know where you want to go. You lack clarity on how to get there.

And meanwhile, you're building something bigger than you've built before with nobody around you who thinks at this altitude.

Sound familiar?

Feb 26, Colman will show you how to build strategic capacity into your company instead of carrying the entire load yourself. The same system 50,000+ business owners used to increase value by 71% in 24 months.

If a buyer showed up tomorrow, would they be buying your company or just your customer relationships?

The honest answer tells you everything about your valuation multiple.

90% of what drives premium valuations is invisible on your P&L. Culture. Operations. Strategic position. The systems that make your company work when you're not in every meeting.

Feb 26, Colman and Jeremy show you where that hidden value lives and how to build it without adding headcount.

60 minutes. Virtual session. Actually useful.

Your "3-year exit plan" turned 10 this year.

This pattern shows up everywhere. CEOs who've been "planning to exit" longer than some startups have existed.

Here's what the data shows: Companies that actually exit well weren't planning exits. They were building enterprises.

Feb 26 at Noon, Colman is walking through the 4 intangible value killers that quietly erode what buyers actually pay for. The gap between a 5× and 8× multiple on identical earnings? It's entirely in the invisible stuff.

Most CEOs feel like they're building alone.
Your board doesn't think at your altitude. Your team executes what exists, not what's possible. Your peer group ran out of answers three revenue milestones ago.

You need an operating partner who gets it. Someone who's built companies, not just consulted on them. Someone who sees what you're building before it exists.

That's what we do.
Vision leads. Value follows. Build forever. Sell tomorrow.

Swipe to see how we turn ambitious vision into multiplied enterprise value.

Strategy doesn’t come from one perspective.
It comes from seeing the future, building value intentionally, and executing when it matters.

Most leadership teams don’t lack ideas.
They lack a shared framework to turn those ideas into decisions.

With a shared exploratory framework, alignment replaces rehashing. That is how enable ambitious CEOs like Mark Peterman to convert visionary ideas into bold new realities.

"Understanding the organization as a whole" sounds simple.

But, of course, it's not.

You have to stop firefighting long enough to see how decisions in one area ripple through everything else. It means you recognize when your gut reaction to a problem is about protecting what you built versus building what comes next. It means you can explain to someone else why you're making the choice you're making.

Most construction company owners never make this shift. They stay in manager mode until they try to sell and realize the business can't run without them making every call.

Quick gut check: Would your leadership team describe their role the way Graham does? Or are they still waiting for you to tell them what to do?
That answer tells you everything about where enterprise value actually lives in your company.

"Time kills all deals."

Ty Melton built that mantra into his culture for a reason.

In this clip, Ty walks through the five-day sale that took years to engineer. Lunch conversation. Letter of intent that night. Signatures the next morning.

The spreadsheet was ready. The leadership team was tested. The number was clear. When the moment arrived, there was nothing left to deliberate.

This is what overnight success looks like. Years of intentional groundwork compressed into days of ex*****on.

Watch Ty, Graham Steers, and Craig Batchelder discuss the internal succession that doubled the company from $15M to $30M in four years.
