Have you ever wondered if your aging parent is truly doing as well as they say they are?

The truth is, you don’t need a medical background to notice the early signs that someone may need a little extra help. One of the easiest ways to tell is by simply observing them during an everyday activity.

In this video, I share one surprisingly effective way to recognize subtle changes that many families overlook—before they become bigger concerns.

Sometimes it’s the little moments that tell the biggest story.

Watch the video below, and let me know in the comments: What’s one everyday task you’ve noticed becoming more difficult for an aging loved one?

TOMORROW! JOIN US!

If you live near the Newtown area, you don't want to miss this insightful lecture.

What was it really like growing up in a funeral home? More importantly, what can it teach us about living? Through humorous childhood memories, heartfelt stories, and decades of observations, Meghan shares the unexpected lessons she learned from witnessing thousands of lives celebrated. Together, we'll explore the importance of relationships, the power of our stories, the regrets people often carry, and what truly matters in the end. While the topic may sound serious, attendees can expect plenty of laughter, meaningful conversation, and a renewed appreciation for making every day count.

🍷 Feeling overwhelmed by aging parents? You're not alone.

One of the hardest roles many of us unexpectedly step into is helping our parents navigate aging. Questions about home care, assisted living, memory care, long-term care insurance, VA benefits, and "what do we do now?" often come with very few answers.
That's exactly why we're hosting Whine & Wine.
Join us for an informal evening with a glass of wine, good conversation, and practical guidance—no sales pitch, no pressure, just honest information from professionals who work with families every day.
Whether your parents are thriving, beginning to need a little help, or you're already in the middle of a crisis, you'll leave with valuable resources and a better understanding of what options are available.

✨ Bring a friend, ask questions, and enjoy a relaxed evening at the vineyard.

Please RSVP so we can make sure we have enough seating and refreshments. We'd love to see you there!

As someone who has spent over a decade helping families navigate aging, I know how isolating and confusing it can feel. My hope is that everyone who attends leaves feeling a little less overwhelmed and a lot more prepared.

Today, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures whose love, guidance, and quiet strength have shaped so many lives. Their stories, sacrifices, and wisdom deserve to be honored today and always. 💙
