A few days late on this because I was under the weather, but I want to acknowledge a really good weekend.

It has been six months since I officially earned my Doctor of Strategic Leadership, but this past weekend my family and I made the trip east to spend a couple of days at the beach and allow me to walk for my commencement ceremony at Liberty University.

After the ceremony my wife asked me if I was emotional, which she knows is rare for me. What I told her was that I was just so happy watching everyone else walk across that stage. You do not earn a doctorate without years of academic grind layered on top of whatever else life is putting you through at the same time.

Every person crossing that stage paid for it with their own particular version of late nights and quiet sacrifices.

I tried to clap for every single person who walked and I possibly annoyed some. However they deserved it. Some may not have had family in the audience the way I did. Mine was there. That part was not lost on me.

My research chair could not be there in person, but she sent me one of the best messages watching online and telling me what finishing meant to her and how proud she was.

Two questions I run every night before bed.

What did I learn today.
What am I grateful for.

This is just a snip from a full 56-minute conversation I had with my brother Jada Sullivan, the creator of F3. Go check out the full thing on YouTube: https://youtu.be/vvwbZQk7QV8

F3 is Jada’s app. Free right now on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Search “F3 Focus Fight Finish” on the App Store. Android testers, go to getf3.com/download and Jada will add you to the closed test.

Shoutout for building something the world actually needs.

956K saw it. Almost nobody got the lesson.

Apple just leaked their AI architecture. Inside the leak: they build with Claude every day. The most secure team on the planet pairs with AI on every line of code. Your team’s hesitation isn’t cautious anymore. It’s the gap.

I’m a solo operator running 39 agents across three apps. Same architecture pattern Apple uses. The 11-agent QA gate caught five real bugs in v1.2.11 before iOS submit. Zero shipped to users. Cycle time dropped. Quality went up. Both.

I’ll build a working simulation of YOUR system in 24 hours. Salesforce. ServiceNow. D365. Or your custom stack. Free 24-hour sample tier. Paid sprints from $5K.

Comment PROTO and I’ll DM the brief. Or hit .

So here's the thing — I'll be real with you all.

I worked 50 hours at my day job this week. Screenpipe also says Claude ran 84 hours. Same calendar week. Same person.

The math only works if you stop counting just the hours I was at the keyboard.

I'm a full-time Program Director. The Claude work happened anyway.

Here's how it actually works —

Agents that run when I don't.

While I sleep. While I'm in meetings. While I'm on the bus to work.

3 AM — Apollo enriched 500 LinkedIn leads.
9 AM — A batch processing job ran during my morning standup at the day job.
2 PM — One of my apps (F3) self-deployed a new build while I was in another meeting.
11 PM — A site recovery script stood by in case drjonesy.com went down.

None of those required me at the keyboard.

The "20 hours of me" was mostly me on Claude Dispatch from my phone — texting Claude and my local setup while they kept working. I'm not working more. I'm just hitting send.

1 Opus call across all 84 hours. Claude on Sonnet. Local agents complement Claude. Two-tier stack, cloud + local. Each one earns its rent.

The turning point — I asked Claude how to get more done. Claude said: "You have a sound foundation. But you're the bottleneck. Build systems that work for you."

Hardest feedback I've ever taken from AI. And the most useful.

84 hours sounds like burnout. It's the opposite. It's leverage.

You don't need to quit your day job to build the next thing. You need agents that work when you can't.

Comment AGENTS — I'll DM you the setup.

What's running on YOUR stack?

Watch what happens when you type ONE sentence into RACEprompt.

It asks 5 smart questions.
Builds a 195-word expert prompt.
Feeds it to Claude.

Result: A 1,552-word app launch roadmap. 10 sections. Zero fluff.

Stop hoping AI gives you good answers. Start giving it better prompts.

RACEprompt does it for you — automatically.

Free on iOS. Link in bio.

I Was at Lunch With My Wife. My AI Was Building Features.

Here's the timeline:

Sunday — my friend called me about his business. I said let's jump on a Google Meet and just build it. We made the app and released it for testing that same day.
Friday morning — I thought, I need to use this app myself. It's an accountability app. I asked Claude to assess what features would make it better and sent the recommendations to my friend.
Friday lunch — my friend texted me which options he loved. I texted Claude Cowork via Dispatch from my phone to start building them — while I was still at lunch.

I was having fresh ceviche at a Mexican restaurant with my wife. My AI was working.

That's the shift. AI doesn't replace you. It works FOR you.

It builds while you sleep. It improves while you eat. It executes while you're actually living.

Why Your PMO Leader Might Be Your Best AI Investment

Here's the problem: companies give AI to individuals for efficiency. Faster reports. Quicker output.

That's the floor — not the ceiling.

The real play? PMO leaders who see across quality, P&L, engineering velocity, and customer impact at the same time.

When a PMO leader uses AI, they're not just working faster. They're seeing further.

Efficiency saves hours. Strategy makes millions.

I spent 2-3 hours copying and pasting code just to get the first version of my app done. Then I told Cowork — I'm done doing this manually. What it said back changed everything.

After that first iteration was finished, the ideas started flooding in — Apple Watch integration, Apple Health, haptic feedback. But the thought of copying and pasting code for every single update? No.

So I went back to Cowork and said — I don't want to copy and paste anymore. Just do this for me.

It responded with — "If you give me access to your Xcode file on your computer, I'll make all necessary updates moving forward."

That moment right there. I went from hours of manual work to telling AI what I wanted and watching it execute directly in my codebase.

I built two iOS apps in one week — no CS degree, no traditional development background. A doctorate in strategic leadership and a PMP. AI closed that gap.

This clip is from my subscriber-exclusive Q&A session. Watch the full session here: https://youtu.be/UmDHi4B4Ji8

Comment RACE and I'll send you the link to RACEprompt — the prompt builder I created with this exact workflow.
