❄️ Snow Day Update ❄️

Our trucks are parked today as our team is taking a snow day.

Residential collection remains on schedule Tuesday-Friday.

-Please help us by clearing a path to your garbage can and do not place cans or bags on snow banks.

Monday commercial trash & recycling routes will be caught up throughout the week.

-Please make sure dumpsters are plowed out/salted. If this snow is left piled around the dumpters, they are going to freeze in place.

This week, our office experienced more calls and messages than ever before, and we just want to take a moment to say thank you.

To our existing customers — thank you for your continued loyalty, understanding, and patience. We truly appreciate you more than we can say.

To those reaching out to start service — thank you for your interest and for bearing with us. We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve you and are returning calls and emails as quickly as possible.

As we continue learning and implementing new software behind the scenes, we appreciate everyone’s patience while we work through each request carefully and thoroughly. Your support means everything to our small team, and we see you — every call, every message, every kind word.

📣 2025 Holiday Schedule Update – Residential Customers 📣

As we head into the holiday season, we want to make sure everyone knows their pickup days in advance. Please review the schedule below for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s 2025:

🦃 Thanksgiving Week
🎄 Christmas Week
🎆 New Year’s Week

👉 All Thursday residential routes will be collected on Wednesday for these weeks only.

✔️ No other service days will change.
✔️ Please have your materials out by 7:00 AM Wednesday of those weeks

Good Morning! We are aware that some of our customers have been delivered toters from other haulers. If you’ve received one, you will need to contact that hauler for removal.

We are still working on delivering toters to our existing customers. You will receive a letter in the mail about a week before the toter will be delivered. We appreciate everyone’s help and patience as we all navigate this new system!

Friendly reminder, please no lithium batteries in the trash. We’ve attached a flyer from Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority on how to recycle certain batteries.

Friendly reminder, for any bulk item collection and/or excess trash removal, please reach out to our office at least 24hrs before your scheduled service day to schedule the bulk collection. Charges may apply for the additional items to be removed. Please reach out to our office with any questions.

Please also have your trash curbside by 7AM on your service day to ensure collection. With the automated truck, timing may change.

We don't want to miss your curbside recycling bin. ♻

Make sure to put it out by 7:00am on your collection day - we are updating our routing software and our normal route times may change.

Today is an exciting day at Carson Disposal! Our automated side loader has hit the streets for its first route! Automated collection will allow us to be safer and more efficient. We will be slowly transitioning everyone over to our provided trash toters. Keep an eye out for our informational flyer that will be mailed out when we are ready to switch over your area.
