Day 5 of working for thr City of Staunton. Helping to clear ice and snow from thr city streets. This stuff won’t melt for a while so we gotta get it moved out.

Some footers we dug a couple of weeks ago. Wasn’t proud of the over dig in the back but it was thawing ground and kept collapsing on us. The center is still center just a little wider.

Another new construction grade and landscape package!

Some of today’s work. Finished up a driveway dress up for a customer and cut some of a hill out so they can get in and out of their garage a little easier. They have a crushed asphalt base and brought in stone to top it off. Also we hauled in 8 loads of fill dirt and leveled a 20x50 spot in another customer’s yard for a huge and we mean huge swing set/fort. May be the most rewarding job as we know these kiddos are absolutely going to love it. We have to haul 3 more loads in and try to taper off the slope a little smoother for them. Also we had a couple of guys cutting down some grade behind some town homes for one of our main customers.

We’re getting started at the old mall today hauling away demo debris left behind by the last contractor.

Another new construction home we did the final grade and landscape on.

We put in some flower beds and took down these dead trees today. We have a great crew going and we can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for us!
