I remember the month I closed four solid deals…
And still felt like I was barely scraping by.

I looked at my commission statement and saw the breakdown:
Franchise fees
Royalty fees
Broker cut
Monthly office “technology” fee (for tech I didn’t even use)

And I thought,
“Why am I doing all the work and still giving away 30% before I even touch my own money?”

The worst part?
