New Vertical Update:

As the New Year approaches, we wanted to give you a glimpse into the fascinating world of our expert techs and the repairs they handle every day. Take this laptop, for example—it looks perfectly fine on the outside, but it’s hiding a hardware issue with its daughterboard.

What’s a daughterboard, you ask? It’s that slim, green piece you see on the right, connected to the motherboard. Think of it as a sidekick to the motherboard, adding extra functionality. In this case, the USB ports on the right side aren’t working, so the daughterboard needs to be replaced. Once we install the new part, this laptop will be as good as new!

Small Business Update:

New Vertical Update:

Onboarding Day is here, and we couldn't be more excited! As we go through the day, we thought it would be fun to give you a peek into what a typical onboarding looks like for us. Today, we're all smiles as we get the chance to upgrade some equipment at Eastern Shore Dental Care, one of our fantastic clients. When it comes to new technology, our expert techs are always ready to tackle even the toughest challenges. And yes, for anyone wondering, we make sure our teeth are shining bright before we step foot in the dental office! 😄

New Vertical Update:

This battery is about to BOOM! We had a customer come in and say this battery was depleting fast and there were issues with his touchpad. Our expert techs immediately knew it was something physically wrong with the battery.

Once we got the backing of the laptop off, we saw that the laptop battery was HUGE! This is never a good thing and can cause multiple problems for your device. Luckily, we were able to replace the battery before any permanent damage was done. We ran though some tests and diagnostics, and it was all good to go!

New Vertical Update:

We had a customer come in recently with his PC, saying there was a strange noise coming from it. He also asked if we could clean it up— and when we took a look, it was clear why. The amount of dust in that thing was unbelievable—honestly, you could’ve started a dust storm with all of it!

Before diving into the cleaning, though, we decided to track down the source of the noise. So, we threw on our masks and goggles, and after a quick inspection, we pinpointed the culprit: the fan in his power supply was the one causing the racket. Once we get the replacement power supply in, this PC will look and sound like it just rolled off the assembly line.
