Building a company from the ground up means recognizing that you can’t do it all alone—the backbone of any great venture relies on the right team.
Lately, I’ve spent countless hours vetting, searching, and filtering to find the absolute perfect technical assistant. When you are building systems designed to scale, you can't rush the process. You need someone who truly understands the vision and can execute the infrastructure flawlessly.
Thankfully, the search is much more manageable when you can change your perspective. I spent the day working from one of my other properties, taking in the beautiful summer farm scenery. A little fresh air, green grass, and quiet space are exactly what was needed to clear the mind and finalize the next major steps for Path to Keyes LLC.
The right piece of the puzzle is finally falling into place. Get ready—the foundation is set, and we are just getting started. 🚀💼
