Another restoration project successfully completed! 🏡💙

We recently had the privilege of helping one of the most amazing couples restore their home after water damage. While the restoration itself wasn’t easy—and we definitely hit a few bumps in the road with the insurance process—I never gave up advocating for my customers.

In the end, after additional communication and working with a new adjuster who was amazing and extremely helpful, we were able to get everything approved that was needed to properly restore their home. Seeing everything come together and knowing they received the repairs they deserved made all the hard work worthwhile.

The best part of what we do isn’t just rebuilding homes—it’s taking care of our customers during one of the most stressful times in their lives. Being able to earn their trust, help guide them through the process, and walk away not only with another successful project but with wonderful new friends is what makes this job so rewarding.

One of my favorite restoration projects from last year in Mound, MN. What started as major water damage turned into a complete transformation — and a reminder of why I love what I do.

This lower level had extensive damage, but I fought hard with the insurance company to make sure the homeowners received enough coverage to properly restore the space instead of settling for the bare minimum. In the end, we were able to bring everything back beautifully with new flooring, updated finishes, fresh paint, and a clean modern look throughout.

The best part of this project wasn’t just the final result — it was the people. The homeowners were an amazing husband and wife, and through this process we built a friendship that has lasted long after the project was complete.

Moments like this are why restoration work means so much to me. It’s not just construction — it’s helping people move forward after something difficult and giving them a space they can feel proud of again. 💖🏡💖
