...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of south central Noble,
northeastern Logan and western Payne Counties through 245 PM CDT...

At 212 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles southeast of Lake Carl Blackwell, moving northwest at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Stillwater, Langston, Coyle, Mulhall, Orlando, Lake Carl Blackwell,
and Lake Mcmurtry.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Weekly Weather Update: An unsettled weather pattern will persist into this week with a daily chance of storms and slightly above-normal temperatures. Daily showers and storms are possible throughout the week and into the weekend with capability of producing locally heavy rainfall, gusty winds, and small hail threat.

..FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Oklahoma, including the following
county, Payne.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 606 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms over the city of Stillwater. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
over the area through 630 PM. This additional rain will
result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Stillwater.

Weekly Weather Update: Very low chance of severe thunderstorms on Monday afternoon with chances increasing on Monday night into Tuesday morning as a cold front moves through the area. Hazards including large hail, damaging winds gusts, and tornadoes are possible. An unsettled pattern will provide for daily chances of showers and storms this week. A reminder to have a safety plan ready and have multiple ways to receive warnings.
