Local South Jersey peeps...this one's for you. After years of only providing mobile Reiki services, I decided to settle into a location where people can find peace, relaxation and healing outside of their home environment. I wanted to make Reiki accessible to more who want it but don't have the space or the desire to book a home session.

For those who really know me, I'm a deep empath, reflective, intuitive, and deeply grounded in meaning.

I've been in thought a lot lately about progress and growth and what that really means for me in times of stagnation or even times of regression. And one thing keeps coming back to me....this quote.

Creation happens in darkness and growth happens in the light after the darkness. Now, that means many different things to me and it likely means many different things to you.

In the midst of layoffs, political chaos, stagnant business ventures, lost deals, lost friends, rejection...and the slew of other things that may make up your "darkness," know that darkness isn't bad. It's yin, it's a time of birth and creation.

Your light, your flowers, your growth will ALWAYS come after the dark. Embrace the dark and hang in there community!

It’s championship week and the sun is shining so there’s no better time to be outside! What a wonderful break in between all of the informational calls I’ve doing with people leaders.

Speaking of, if you are (or know) a Chief People Officer or a VP of L&D and we have not spoken yet, these calls are only 15 minutes and are extremely helpful. We all know that stress can look like being frazzled, easily irritated and forgetting things that should be easy to remember but what about the part that not many people talk about...

The part where you’re not a frantic mess making everything urgent. The part where you’re not crying at night wondering how you're going to handle it all.

You’re not even slightly anxious to be completely honest.

The part I'm talking about is when you're just flat.

Disconnected from the parts of your job that used to light you up. Now you show up, perform, check the boxes, and collect a pay check.
