Position Overview

This position provides administrative support and is responsible for obtaining, organizing and transferring supporting documentation to support the Dispute Resolution department in pursuing legal actions. This position will focus on obtaining documentation for legal actions for internal and external clients. The Support Specialist will work closely with the Director of Payment Compliance Dispute Resolution and Manager of Payer Analysis Operation/Systems to prioritize work efforts in the most efficient and effective manner.

OPERATIONAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Provides support to the Dispute Resolution Department by pulling specific documents for client dispute issues.
Work with Payer Analysis Directorand Manager of Payer Analysisto obtain additional supporting information as needed from Payment Compliance units.
Develop ongoing framework for submitting documentation to internal and external legal counsel.
Perform and complete assigned task by completion date.
Maintain electronic filing system of documents for Dispute Resolution issues.

EDUCATION

3years as legal or administrative assistant experience preferred

Position Summary
The Enrollment Coordinator II supports new member clients by determining eligibility and performing various enrollment and disenrollment activities. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to optimize product mix and layout strategies
Work with Construction and vendor architects to create innovative merchandising solutions for atypical store locations
Manage layout changes within budget guidelines and communicate cost impacts to stakeholders
Qualifications
Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Prior experience in Medicare or call center environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
