As a family-owned and operated metal supplier, we're celebrating 250 years of America. Industrial Metal Supply was founded in 1948 by Norman and Sally Sherman. A dream and a load of scrap metal in the back of a Pontiac station wagon. Nearly 80 years later, their son Neil, and grandkids Rachel & Hayden are helping our customers in our 8 locations in California and Arizona!

Our metal has been delivered to aircraft plants in Burbank, sets in Hollywood, and the schools, hospitals, and buildings that hold our cities together. Today it's going into space, data centers, and the infrastructure carrying America forward. IMS providing the material to engineers, machine shops, construction workers and fabricators who make it happen.
