Gayap Consulting is a small and micro business consulting agency founded in 2022, by sisters Malika & Jamila, co-founders of the Caribbean online grocery and subscription box service Callaloo Box

Gayap is derived from the indigenous Karinya (Carib) word 'kayapa' - a term which describes the tradition of people getting together to complete a huge task, like clearing land, building a structure, or planting and reaping.

Our mission is to share the knowledge we've gained with other small and micro businesses, to empower, inspire and support them as they build their businesses, specifically as it relates to strategic direction and decision making, streamlining their business processes for managing customer data and communication as well as understanding their customer base through data analysis.

We bring to the table over 40 years of combined real-world experience in marketing, database analysis, operations management, process re-engineering and e-Commerce management. Having worked both in Corporate America and running our own business, we believe that we offer a unique perspective.
