Haiti: TPS was due to close on September 2, 2025, but a court decision delays that termination until February 3, 2026. Your TPS and work permit remain valid for now.

Venezuela: The 2021 TPS designation was scheduled to end on September 10, 2025, and DHS announced its termination effective 60 days thereafter, potentially early November 2025. But a federal judge has blocked the administration’s termination efforts, keeping protections in place for now.
Analysts expect more developments soon, and appeals are likely. We’ll keep you updated, stay informed, stay protected.

Did you enter the U.S. with a coyote and were later forced to work to repay a “debt”?

You may qualify for a T visa. A form of immigration protection for people who were trafficked into labor or exploitation.

✅ Many don’t realize this: It’s not just about being kidnapped or locked up. If someone brought you into the U.S. and then:

Forced you to work without pay

Threatened to report you if you didn’t obey

Made you feel you had no choice but to keep working …then you were likely a victim of human trafficking. Even if it happened years ago.

📌 The T visa gives:

A work permit

Protection from deportation

A path to a green card

Benefits for your children and spouse (if eligible)

📩 If this happened to you or someone you know, message me. We help people apply confidentially. Even if you’ve been out of status for years.

You do not need police reports or an arrest to qualify.
You just need to tell your story and we can help you do that.
