Happiest 40th to this dreamboat!

Incredibly thankful for who you are, you always put us first and help whenever we need you. You are wise, strong and compassionate. We love you so much! Hope you know how adored you are 💓

You asked to go somewhere tropical for your birthday and boy did we have fun! Swipe to see the night we swam at night with the Manta Rays, we headed out after dark with a boat full of people and a funny captain that played really fun music, we will remember forever.

Nineteen years ago (next month is my wedding anniversary) at our wedding, we had so many littles attend and even had two darling flower girls in our wedding party!

One of those little girls is getting married today. We had a very long receiving line to say hello to everyone and when they finally got to us, her mama, Sharon leans over and tells me how excited Lydia was to see the princess 🥹

So many memories together over the years, doing life together, dinners, different gatherings, babysitting our kids, photos, endless talks about everything and even after our big move we have remained friends with her and her family.

I cannot wait for today to start, I cannot wait to have a front row seat with all the cameras in hand to capture it all for her (and her family) to remember what a beautiful day it was.

I love looking back 🥹

Instantly overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. Never will be able to share all the images but showing some favorites will have to do from this particular wedding of some really special people in my life.

I’ve been going to these rolling hills since my high school days and its beauty are endless. It’s a special place indeed and am thankful for the trust to document such a day as this for them 🫶🏽
