I’m not great at marketing but I am a great osha trainer. I’m even authorized to issue osha 10&30 hour workplace safety training cards for general industry. Before COVID I travelled the country, annually conducting OSHA, HIPAA and other trainings for 1000’s of workplace professionals

Now, I teach school full time but I’m still incorporated and I have the months of July and august off. So, I would like to stay in the game by conducting osha trainings during this time.

I live in the Seattle area but also love to travel. With that, here’s my attempt to reach out to businesses all over America that need a trained professional like me to spend 1-5 days helping you make your workplace safer by training key employees, doing walkthrough surveys, or creating safety plans.

The new year is taking me in a new direction. I don't know if it's temporary or permanent but I need to step back from what I love to do something I think I will really like for a while, teaching middle school. In the meantime, here are some great shots of my final event in DC. Training new managers in the fundamentals of leadership and HR Law. I'll miss it but as the Lord wills, I'll be back to it perhaps by 2023. BTW, if you're in the DC area, my cousin Wendy Simmons is a fantastic photographer. Here's what my client had to say:

I just completed this Christian coaching certification with Ulf Spears today and it was an amazing experience.

Not only do you get valuable tools, you also get to practice your coaching skills in live sessions and receive objective feedback that can help you improve your engagement with clients. I recommend this high level course for Christian professionals who want to take their coaching practices to the next level.

I was feeling a little discouraged then this morning becuase COVID 19 has flattened my client base.
