Push & Connect: Iron Haven Strength & Conditioning is RVWIB’s movement-meets-networking event. You’ll get an all-levels workout, then move into a “hot seat” where every woman brings a business question or challenge, we put it on the table, and the group weighs in. You leave with direct feedback from women who are running businesses and have real experience to share.

For our September mixer, we'll be getting into a large circle, inner ring and outer ring, and rotating every few minutes so you have the chance to meet every single person there. By the end of the night you will have connected with every woman in the room, gotten clear on how you talk about who you are, and walked away knowing more people in this community than you did when you walked in.

This is the event that makes every other event better. When you know the faces, names, and stories, the next mixer feels like a reunion instead of a room full of strangers.

Our August Mixer sold out with 60+ women filling Dancin Vineyards for a conversation about authentic human connection that had the room buzzing.

Beyond the event, our Facebook group hit 1,700 members and we’re mapping out what 2027 looks like. Six months in and this community has grown faster than I could have anticipated when I took over earlier this year.

And we’re not done yet! Two mixers left in 2026 on September 17 at Hummingbird Estate and October 15 at Roxy Ann Winery. Plus Push and Connect events running through November at various women-owned gyms.

If you’ve been meaning to get in the room, there’s still time to make it happen before we close out the year.

I watch a lot of business owners chase followers and wonder why they just hear crickets.

Two things actually grow a business.
1️⃣ Being easy to find
2️⃣ Being known by the right people.

You need both.

You can have a beautiful Instagram and still get skipped over when someone's ready to refer you, because they don't really know you. You can also know everyone in town and still lose the sale to someone who shows up first in a search.
