Everybody wanna use somebody else’s EFIN until it’s time to follow the rules.

My EFIN is a business, not a free-for-all.

Every PTIN holder that works under my office signs a contract. Background checks. Training. Due diligence. Expectations. Accountability.

While we are aware that taxes are yearly. It is very much quarterly also. Do not wait until the last minute to pay those.

Keep track of all expenses, gas, tools you use daily to maintain the business you run, as long as it is a necessity.

I see a lot about buying software.

You have to remember buying software is just software. But do you know how you need a EFIN? Do you have a marketing plan, do you know about compliance.
