Cynthia has 32 years of corporate operations, sales, marketing and human resources experience that supports her keen ability to effectively deliver the strengths message and coaching based on its proven tenants. With a degree in Psychology from Denison University, she also has an in-depth understanding of the emotional and behavioral aspects of individuals, and uses that to improve the effectiveness of the coaching and training she provides.
