Orange Tree was formed out of Cynthia Stayrook’s passion for strengths-based personal and professional growth and development, her love of public speaking, and her desire to help individuals and b

usinesses benefit from the knowledge and experience she’s gained during her 30+ years of experience and continual advancement at some of the nation’s leading organizations. Cynthia has 32 years of corporate operations, sales, marketing and human resources experience that supports her keen ability to effectively deliver the strengths message and coaching based on its proven tenants. With a degree in Psychology from Denison University, she also has an in-depth understanding of the emotional and behavioral aspects of individuals, and uses that to improve the effectiveness of the coaching and training she provides. Every role she’s held in the last 20 years was a newly created role that didn’t exist before, making her a natural for starting her own company. Service Offerings
