For many, many years, Boomers have been the focus of as the "silver tsunami," having all the money and being an important target audience as prospects and adult child influencers, but did you know... (aged 45-60) is entering its peak spending years?

Gen Xers are born between 1965 to 1980 and are now playing an important role in helping their Boomer parents evaluate options.

In 2025 alone, Gen X consumers will drive $15.2 trillion (USD) in global spending. Between now and 2033, this cohort will be the highest-spending generation (per capita).

"Gen X is not a transitional generation; it’s your present-day profit center. If you fail to prioritize them now, you’re not just missing a moment—you’re risking a decade of loyalty and lifetime value."

For our senior living sales and ops expert friends. Take the time to watch this series. It is LOL funny (often) and really touching.

I’ll say the sales approach of the Executive Director about put me in my grave, but there are so many other poignant moments…one episode focuses on all the stressors for the ED…44 missing salt & pepper shakers. That one cracked me up. And then her visiting corporate, leaving a coffee she had already microwaved 3 times, only to be offered super fancy coffee options there.

I’d say there were a few other smack in the face moments that help get me past the cliche/got it wrong moments.

Ted Danson is great as always. Lots of other fine character actors in the cast, as well.
