One thing AGA changed for me was perspective.

Most people only notice utilities when something stops working.

But after spending time with the people behind these systems, operators, engineers, field teams, leadership, you realize how much coordination, pressure, and responsibility goes into keeping everything running safely every single day.

There’s an incredible amount happening behind the scenes that most of us never think about.

That’s also what made the conversations around AI so meaningful.

Not replacing people.
Supporting them.

Helping teams operate with better visibility, faster response, and stronger decision-making in environments where reliability matters.

Back from AGA conference and still processing everything from the week.

The conversations, the feedback, the people in the room… it exceeded expectations in every way.

One thing that really stood out was how strongly the message resonated around practical AI implementation.

Not replacing systems.
Not forcing operations to rebuild everything from scratch.

Just meeting teams where they are, fitting into existing workflows, and helping people operate with more visibility, consistency, and support.

That’s what the strongest conversations centered around all week.
