☕️Tampa Coffee & Connections understood the assignment today.😂🔥

We laughed. We talked about the REAL stuff. And we squirrelled 🐿🐿🐿 on more tangents than I can count.

Poor Sarah Farr had to reel us back in approximately 50 times. 🤣 (what an amazing leader! )

But here's the thing about getting a room full of women entrepreneurs together…

The magic isn't always in the conversation you planned to have. It's in the conversations you didn't see coming.❤️

Today, confessions were made. 👀
Decisions were made.
Connections were made.
And relationships? Those got stronger.

Because when women get beyond the surface-level small talk and start getting REAL, things happen.

Ideas spark. Perspectives shift. Someone says something that makes you look at your business differently. And suddenly, you're leaving with more than a caffeine boost.

You're leaving with relationships that can move you closer to your goals.

THAT is what community is supposed to look like ❤️

This is what Coffee & Connections looked like this morning. ☕️💬

About 25 women entrepreneurs in one room, talking business, sharing stories, making connections, laughing, and actually getting to KNOW each other.

And we had the pleasure of hearing from Jennifer Albanese Phelps, who shared more about her work and her story with us. ❤️

One of my favorite things about our Coffee & Connections events?

**The smaller the group, the deeper the conversations.**

And that matters.
Because entrepreneurship can get lonely especially when you're the one making all the decisions, carrying all the ideas, and trying to figure out what the heck you're doing next.

The people you surround yourself with matter.

A LOT.

Your community can challenge you. Encourage you. Connect you. Introduce you to opportunities. Remind you who you are when business gets messy.

And honestly? The right community can be one of the reasons you stay in business long enough to succeed.
