We have some updates to share! To make sure the Taunton Melanin Market stays sustainable and vibrant, we are shifting our structure. We’re moving away from the formal nonprofit model to focus entirely on what we do best: Events and Networking.

Get ready to showcase your skills, because we have an important update! The audition date for Taunton's Got Talent has been officially changed!

Please note the new and confirmed audition date:

🗓️ FROM August 10th
➡️ TO Friday, August 30th, 2025!

The time and location remain the same, so get ready to perform from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at the Taunton Performing Arts Center.

We can't wait to see the incredible talent you've been working on. This is your chance to shine on the big stage!

The main event is set for October 11th, 2025—so this is your first step toward winning it all! Spread the word and tag anyone who needs to hear this exciting news!

The last date and hour to request a vote by mail ballot for the June 10th Special State Election is Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

You may request a mail in ballot at the Elections Office, Taunton City Hall, 2nd Floor, 15 Summer Street, Taunton.

Further, the Secretary of the Commonwealth has a Vote by Mail Application Portal. Applying for a Vote by Mail ballot online is quick and easy. You may request a mail-in ballot here: https://www.sec.state.ma.us/MailInRequestWeb/MailInBallot.aspx
