What a way to close out another incredible National Association of Credit Management Credit Congress! 🎉

From reconnecting with longtime friends to making new memories at the closing party, this week was a reminder of why this industry means so much to me. The relationships we’ve built through NACM are truly the heart of this profession.

A special congratulations to Jill Leimbach on your retirement. Thank you for your years of leadership, service, and the impact you’ve had on so many throughout the credit community. Wishing you nothing but happiness, adventure, and fulfillment in this next chapter. ❤️

I’d also like to welcome Steve Shivak, MS, CAE, as the new NACM President. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I’m excited to see where your leadership takes the organization. I look forward to the innovation, growth, and exciting changes ahead.
