Update for Thursday January 29,2026

Monday routes: We were able to get all of Monday residential (Troy west of I-35) except for the last 48 people. So, if you are normally picked up after 3:30 on Monday and didn’t get picked up today, then leave your trash out. We will be starting with that.

Tuesday routes: We also got 2 of the 3 Tuesday routes done. We will be getting to the third Tuesday route (which starts in Bruceville and works down 317 and ends in Moffat) as soon as we finish Monday.

Wednesday routes: We will also have trucks on all 3 Wednesday routes on Thursday.

Thursday and Friday routes: If all goes as planned tomorrow (Thursday) then we will be running all Thursday and Friday routes on Friday.

We will confirm tomorrow evening.
Thank you!

UPDATE!!!
TES will not be picking up trash on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
We are sad to see that the roads are still not safe for garbage trucks. Even though the temperature has risen above freezing the overcast sky is still preventing thaw. Even if we begin a thaw now there will not be enough time this afternoon to make significant progress. So, we are not going to try to run trucks today. We are hoping that the forecast is correct and we can get started a little late tomorrow. We are currently planning to use all available drivers and hit Monday and part of Tuesday tomorrow (Wednesday). We will be working hard to catch up but cannot give an exact schedule. We will work Saturday if necessary. Please have your trash for Monday and Tuesday routes out tomorrow and Tuesday and Wednesday out on Thursday, and so on. As I said, we will be trying to catch up as soon as possible so please have your trash out and we will be working till dark every day until we are caught up. We are looking forward to going back to work but must make safe choices.
The office will be open. And we will be trying to keep customers posted on our progress.
Thank you!

Howdy! I know it’s kinda hard to see what this is. It’s a laptop computer that was thrown away. It caught fire in the truck. Thankfully we were able to put it out. Please, please do not throw away rechargeable batteries. If you’re not sure you should throw something away, please contact us. Thank you!

Please do not put oil in your trashcan. Even if it’s in a container. That container will get squished as the trash compacts. Someone did today and it leaked out of the garbage truck and ruined someone else’s nice concrete driveway. If you need to get rid of oil, you can contact the office and discuss what options there are, but you can never put them in your trashcan. Thank you

Howdy! This is your friendly reminder that light and loose trash should be in a tied bag. We have no control over the wind and may blow loose trash into yards. Thank you!😊
