🚜 Big transformation underway on this property.
From extending the access road and completing the dirt work needed to tie into the existing asphalt, to installing proper drainage to ensure water has somewhere to go, this project has involved improvements across the entire property.
We’ve prepared a large parking area for future concrete, demolished the existing shop to make way for a new 60’ x 40’ building, constructed an additional roadway, regraded the hillside to create a smoother, mower-friendly slope, and cut out an area for a future garden.
While there is still plenty of work ahead including regrading the lower slope and completing additional improvements around the pond the transformation has already been incredible to watch.
Every phase of this project is being completed with long-term usability, drainage, and maintenance in mind.
