Day 3 began with our delegates embracing traditional dress, celebrating the diversity, traditions and identities that make our global leadership community unique.

Day 01 | Youth Leadership Certification Canada 2026

Day 01 of the Youth Leadership Certification Canada 2026 began with an energetic opening performance by Raquel Jaworski, setting the tone for an inspiring journey of leadership, learning, and global connection.

The program continued with a keynote speech by Mr Usman Amjad, CEO & Founder of Global Business Symposium, highlighting the importance of purposeful leadership and turning ideas into meaningful action.

The day featured powerful keynote addresses by The Honourable Marilou McPhedran, Senator of the Senate of Canada, who shared inspiring perspectives on leadership, global citizenship, and turning adversity into impact.

Delegates then explored entrepreneurship and innovation through the session “From Vision to Venture: Entrepreneurship in the Intelligent Economy,” led by Andy Martiniello. The interactive discussions encouraged participants to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, leverage innovation, and transform ideas into scalable ventures.

Day 01 concluded with closing remarks, dinner, and a group photo, bringing together delegates from diverse backgrounds in a powerful celebration of global leadership and connection.

Day 02 | Youth Leadership Certification Canada 2026

Day 02 of the Youth Leadership Certification Canada 2026 focused on communication, networking, advocacy, innovation, and the evolving role of leadership in the digital age.

The day began with Sean Mullin’s engaging session on making a strong first impression, building genuine connections, and developing meaningful professional relationships.

Anjum Sultana then led delegates through “The Next Generation Leader: Leading with Intelligence, Innovation, and Impact,” encouraging young leaders to embrace innovation and create meaningful social impact.

The program continued with Dr. Susan E. Murray, ICD.D, who explored “Leading Tomorrow: Leadership in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” followed by an insightful session on influence in the digital era, personal branding, communication, and leadership.

Through interactive discussions, networking, and practical learning, delegates gained valuable insights into building their confidence, strengthening communication, using technology responsibly, and becoming future-ready leaders.

Day 03 | Youth Leadership Certification Canada 2026

The final day of the Youth Leadership Certification Canada 2026 brought the journey to a powerful and inspiring close, with a strong focus on resilience, adaptability, and future-ready leadership.

The day began with Andrew Haley, Paralympic Gold Medalist, TEDx Speaker, and Resilience Expert, leading delegates through “Mastering Change in a Digital World.” His sessions explored resilience, confident decision-making, adaptability, and leadership through uncertainty.

Through interactive leadership activities and real-world simulations, delegates were challenged to strengthen teamwork, communication, decision-making, and their ability to perform under pressure.

The program continued with “Leadership Between the Updates – Closing Session,” encouraging participants to reflect on their key leadership lessons and develop practical commitments for their future.

Ms. Raiza Rodríguez, Vice Consul & Head of Commercial Affairs at the Consulate General of the Dominican Republic in Toronto, Canada, also shared valuable insights with delegates.

The final day celebrated cultural diversity through the Cultural Parade, followed by the Closing Ceremony and Certificate Distribution, recognizing the dedication and achievements of participants.
