Unfortunately, I've been in more than one store that has a really nice training room ... that looks like this. Invest in your people. Pay for off-site storage if you need to. Pay for someone like me to come coach them. Pay for someone like me to show you how to create your own internal training program. Eventually, put me out of business. I truly cringe everytime I see this. I have a passion for helping people grow and succeed. I know you do too, or you wouldn't be where you are.
