May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🧠

Did you realize 1 in 5 adults experience mental illness annually and 1 in 6 children experience the same.
Our country has an alarming gap! Only 45% of adults will seek and receive treatment. 51% of children will receive help. The other half don’t have to struggle or suffer alone!

The goal of this month and my mission is to:
Reduce stigma and shame. 💚
Increase awareness. 💚
Be a resource to those in need. 💚

You are not alone!
