Our case file this week: a busy marketplace, and a business owner trying to be seen in it.

I Love Lucy premiered on CBS on October 15, 1951, even though the network once doubted audiences would welcome the pair.

Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz settled the question on the road. They built a vaudeville act, toured it in 1950, and let live audiences answer for them.

Today is National Face Your Fears Day. (Honestly, how do people come up with these "holidays"?!)

Anyway, yesterday's post asked if you're ready to leap, and the natural follow-up question is "What if I'm nervous?"

Good news: nerves mean the leap matters to you. Here's a simple plan to move anyway.

Step one: name the fear in one sentence. A fear you can describe is a fear you can plan around.
