Hello to all my wonderful clients and friends!

***Please take a minute to read this entire post! Very important information!

As many of you know, we are still in the process of building our house in Loomis, which means I do not have an actual office set up yet. We are traveling every weekend for at least one kids sporting event, if not two!

I currently have daycare and grandparents that watch the little one Monday-Thursday during school hours. This will be the only time I can schedule zoom/phone appointments.

I will still be available to handle your tax needs.

I will be doing appointments over FaceTime/Zoom. I will be accepting tax documents via mail or a secure online link.

One last thing… if you are usually a late filer, I suggest you get your paperwork in sooner rather than later. I am going on a trip with Emily during spring break to Peru and we have a lot of family events happing late summer/early fall, so please do not wait for the last minute if you have an extension.

Please be patient this year as I am a one woman show! If I don’t answer my phone right away, just know I see you! I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Attention Clients:

I apologize that this year has been completely different from the rest. As I have stated before, we have recently moved and I do not have an office set up yet. I am unavailable for in person appointments.

As always, I work around my children’s schedules. Meaning when they are home, they are my focus. They are my number one priority. I am not working when they are home.

Communication has been difficult for me this year due to the overwhelming amount of calls, texts and emails. I would love to get back to each and every person each day, but this has proven difficult for me this year due to the amount of calls and messages. I would spend literally all day answering voicemails, returning phone calls and text messages. I return as many in a day as time allows.

I am one person and I still have to be able to complete my daily bookkeeping and tax returns that have already been mailed in.

Do not call or text my husband to reach me for work purposes. Do not call his or my friends for work purposes. They have nothing to do with my little business. This just creates contention.
