As one of my loyal clients/friends I wanted to personally reach out to you today to fill you in on some awful news that hit our family recently. For those of you that haven’t heard, on November 18th I came home to find my wife Kellie unconscious. 911 was called, and the first responders had to perform life-saving CPR before taking her to the hospital.
Fast-forward to today. Kellie’s condition has gone downhill, and we are now forced to make the difficult decision of whether to keep her on life support. We are waiting for other family members to arrive in town to be by her side to help us with this decision, which will probably be next Friday/Saturday.
As you can imagine, between raising our two grandchildren (one of which is mentally challenged), time spent at the hospital, and trying to keep our business running, this has been very challenging (both mentally and financially).
I am asking you to please hang in there with me while we deal with this awful situation and please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers. I can assure you that there’s nothing worse than watching your life partner on life support and being faced with the difficult decisions that come with it.
I’d also like to ask, if you could find it in your heart, to please help us out anyway you can financially. Every little bit counts towards offsetting the huge medical bills and lost wages during this incredibly difficult time. Lastly, in terms of monthly service, we will be taking the rest of 2023 off to deal our current situation, but I will be starting up service again beginning the first week of January/2024. As you’re probably aware, the winter months give us a bit of a reprieve when it comes to insects, so missing a month or two shouldn’t set us back at all when it comes to insect control at your home. Again, please just hang in there with me and I promise to continue to provide you with the same great value moving forward.
