We hate to see our company name defiled and besmirched by *certain individuals* because of their unrealistic and ever changing timeline, outcome, and expectations.

As a company, we have brought hundreds of thousands of dollars to Trinidadians to ensure they are made whole after an insurance applicable loss.

This leaves some time open for helping local businesses. We were willing to work at a loss to help the Bell Block building with their tree trimming, mold removal and remediation, and overall cleanliness of their historic building… unfortunately, things didn’t work out.

We hope that the Bell Block gets the care it deserves, and any negative comments from others will be taken with a grain of salt.

We love you Trinidad, we are your Local, Licensed, Certified and Insured remediation and cleaning company.

We hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and a great Sunday. We hope some of the hurtful comments directed towards us can be taken with a grain of salt and understood as private matters. Publicly airing grievances on Facebook is unproductive. Here’s looking at you, you know who.

SoCo is hiring! We offer $20/hr. Training provided, continuing education is encouraged and encouraged through the IICRC ( https://iicrc.org ).

If you’re willing to climb into a crawlspace or deconstruct a house, learn how to bill insurance for it, and help Trinidad grow through outside investment PLEASE CONTACT ME.

The work is physically difficult, but financially rewarding. I am willing to provide education on a personal level. Superior workers can go to Las Vegas and learn more, expanding our knowledge and understanding and aiding in helping our community reap the benefits they have paid into for years.
