Strengths-Based Strategist helping ambitious leaders, entrepreneurs & high-performing teams build meaningful, sustainable success in work and life — proving you can achieve Excellence Without Exhaustion. I’m a Strengths-Based Strategist helping ambitious leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-performing teams build meaningful, sustainable success in work AND life. My work is grounded in one powerful bel
ief: when people understand and use their natural strengths, they unlock a level of clarity, confidence, and impact that simply isn’t possible when they’re trying to succeed by someone else’s formula. As a Strengths-Based Strategist and Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach, author of Discovering Your Calling, and host of the Discovering Your Calling Podcast, I help leaders align their strengths, vision, and calling so they can achieve Excellence Without Exhaustion. Before stepping into this work, I spent 26 years in direct sales, building and leading a top-performing organization that reached the top 1% of the company. That experience taught me firsthand what it takes to grow a business, lead people, and navigate the pressures that often come with ambitious goals. Understanding how I was uniquely designed allowed me to break through barriers that had been holding me back and ultimately led me to pivot into the work I now love—helping others unlock their potential and build work that truly fits who they are. Today I work with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and leaders of high-performing teams who want to grow their impact while building success that energizes both their work and their lives. My Top 5 CliftonStrengths® are:
Futuristic® | Maximizer® | Self-Assurance® | Command® | Strategic®
This combination allows me to help people see what’s possible, elevate what’s already working, and create a strategic path forward. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family (including our growing crew of grandkids), traveling, or setting sail on adventures with my husband of 36+ years. Because at the end of the day, success should support your life—not consume it.
