We made this diamond by diamond for one of our longest-standing clients, and it was such a fun project to create. 💜

At TAG, we want you to be dazzled, and this felt like the perfect way to bring that to life for a client who means so much to us. We are so grateful for the relationships we have built and for the trust our clients continue to place in us.

Meet our Operations & Systems Guru! 💜

Her career started in environmental consulting, working with corporate clients in the oil and gas industry after studying sustainable business in college. From there, she went on to run a local Chamber of Commerce, where she worked closely with business owners and community partners.

For the past five years, she’s found her home in the trades—and discovered that her brain is pretty much built for it.

She’s a systems thinker who loves figuring out how all the pieces fit together. Whether it’s improving a workflow, cleaning up processes, making the numbers more accurate, or finding ways to make a business more profitable, she loves turning complicated into simple.

At TAG, that means looking beyond just how ServiceTitan is set up and thinking about how that setup actually impacts the day-to-day operation of the business.

When she’s not working, there’s a good chance she’s in the middle of a DIY project or hanging out with her 14½-year-old pug. 💜🐾
